Stroll through vibrant mixed-use neighborhoods, wander the historic streets of Gastown, and take in the sparkling waterfront, all while seeing firsthand how the city balances density, sustainability, and livability. From efficient transit and bike-friendly streets to lush parks and scenic outdoor spaces, Vancouver is a global model for creating a city that works for people and the planet.

 

Each afternoon, participants can tailor their journey by choosing a specialized track: on Day 1, explore Trade or Tourism, and on Day 2, dive into Transportation & Infrastructure or Arts, Entertainment & Open Spaces. The trip also includes meetings with elected officials, a guided tour of downtown Vancouver, and an inside look at the city’s sports economy, including BC Place.

 

This immersive program is more than a tour, it’s an opportunity to see best practices in action, gather actionable insights, and bring back strategies that can inspire growth, livability, and global competitiveness in your own region.
