In February, join us for an evening of learning and professional development, with Monica Wallace.
Monica Wallace is the Regional President of Brokerage for Kidder Mathews, the largest independent commercial real estate brokerage on the West Coast. Prior to her current role, Monica spent over 20 years as a commercial real estate broker specializing in retail leasing and sales. She oversees 150 real estate brokers in 5 offices throughout the Pacific Northwest.
In 2022, she was selected as a “Top Influencer in Retail Real Estate” for GlobeStreet Real Estate Forum. In addition, she was named Commercial Broker of the Year by Washington Realtors and recognized by Bisnow as a Power Woman —an award honoring influential women in commercial real estate. Monica believes success in any business is a complex relationship between many factors and is not a one-size-fits-all. But there are some key elements that led her to where she is today. She is excited to share her insights with EPOP.
