In August we will be joined by Andrew Gratzer to walk us through a deep dive on brand recognition. In this What are some things you should be doing when you're not working an event or at your business? How can you make sure that people not only want to come to your business, but will remember their interaction with you days later? In a crowded marketplace, we must make sure that we stand out. When the time comes when somebody with whom you've interacted with is in the market for what you are offering, make sure that you are top of mind and are the first person or organization that they think of.
Andrew is from the Pacific Northwest and has been a member of a credit union since he was born. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Central Washington University and then landed a job at a credit union in 2012 and hasn’t looked back. His passion for community, helping others, and service led him to his current role at iQ Credit Union as Business Development Supervisor.
