DESCRIPTION:Downtown Portland Clean & Safe is pleased to host our second\, annual Ratepayer Board meeting. Each year\, all ratepayers who contribute into the Clean & Safe budget through the City of Portland's Enhanced Service District program are invited to meet the new Board of Directors for 2026-2027\, learn about important program and service updates\, ask questions\, and make personal connections to the staff and Directors who make Clean & Safe run. This is an RSVP event and open only to individuals and companies who pay into this ESD fee- property and condominium ownership\, tenants whose rent pays into C&S etc. Please register as soon as possible and be sure to submit one question. All submitted questions are compiled into categories and all attempts are made to answer as many as possible during the meeting. Any unanswered questions\, or questions not able to answer at the meeting\, are followed up by staff afterwards.
