Join us to celebrate our campus and regions’ history and leadership in the development and marketing of worldclass brands and products. As the leader and home of the first-ever host of a World Athletics Championship on American soil, top-ranked Green MBA program, and home to our nation’s most beautiful and clean mountains, rivers, and coastline, University of Oregon business students live and breathe these industries. They are eager to learn, engage, gain experience, and work for you!

How does it work?

This industry focused event is the way to connect with ambitious and talented students exploring careers (all roles) in Outdoor, Apparel, and Sustainability sectors. Students, graduate and undergraduate, will first attend an alumni panel 5:30-6:30pm to learn about industry, trends, and career paths in these sectors, followed by a networking event from 6:30-8pm. 

Each company or alumni friend will be provided with a bistro table in the atrium of the Lillis Business Complex where students from across campus will engage you in conversation about your company, culture, career paths, etc. Heavy hors d'oeuvres and other refreshments will be provided. 

Register early on Handshake as space at this targeted event is limited to 30 employers and is first come first serve with preference for industry and student alignment. You do not need to have current open positions to attend this event, though helpful and beneficial. We welcome and encourage professionals and alumni from these industries in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, university relations, hiring managers, as well as employees in roles you may hire for, and always University of Oregon Duck alumni on your teams encouraged.
