We encourage all Chamber members to share their upcoming events on our site, so we can learn from and support one another as a unified business community. Members can post events by logging in to their online account.
We may also take out some weedy introduced plants, if time allows. Note: there will be no tree-planting at this event, and this is physically-demanding work (great for folks looking for a work out!). Their stewardship events help to ensure the highest level of plant survival through the PNW dry summer months ahead.
Please arrive by 9:45am to find our tent and sign-in, stewardship activities start promptly at 10:00am. We provide gloves, tools, and guidance. All you need to do is show up dressed for the weather and wearing sturdy shoes or boots (no sandals of any kind, please!) and be ready to have fun!
This site is only accessible via the I-205 Multi-Use Path. There is an approximately 10 - 15 minute walk from the Fred Meyer parking lot down the multi-use path to our planting site, look for our signs. Volunteers are encouraged to bike to the planting or take public transportation to the transit center and walk from there.
