As a business owner, providing the opportunity for anyone to feel welcomed is imperative to your business’ success. To do this effectively, business owners need to understand how to support a diverse group of people. This workshop will cover foundational information to consider when infusing diversity, equity, and inclusion topics into your business. This can look like: understanding best practices, how to support staff members & customers who hold different identities than you, and tools you can use to deal with resistance.
