About

The Pathfinder Network provides justice system-impacted individuals and families the tools and support they need to be safe and thrive in our communities. We offer a network of over twenty direct-service programs in locations across the state of Oregon, and work with partners throughout the country implementing our innovative curriculum and programming, supporting whole people, whole families, and whole communities.

As Pathfinders, we meet people right where they are, at every point of the criminal justice system and beyond, serving thousands of people each year building resilience and creating lasting change. We believe all people have the capacity to change. We honor the dignity and worth of every individual, engage our participants and employees with compassion, and bring excellence to all we do. We envision communities that welcome all people, provide second chances, and create pathways to change. Please visit us online to learn more at www.thepathfindernetwork.org.

Additional Info

The Pathfinder Network facilitates multiple programs for the Oregon Department of Corrections, including Parenting Inside Out®, and offers prevention and intervention programming for the segregation population. In the community, the Center for Family Success in Multnomah County offers parenting classes, reentry mentoring support for justice-involved mothers and fathers, early childhood home visiting, peer mentoring, case management, and mentoring and intervention programs for children of justice-involved parents. At our various Resilience & Recovery Project locations, Peer Support Specialists with lived experience engage participants in a goal-oriented collaborative relationship and provide personalized support through holistic and responsive individual and group support services. We work together to reinforce successes and build self efficacy, hope, and resilience.
