Free Consultation for Assessing QuickBooks Needs & Exploring Bookkeeping Service Options

At ECWCA, we help small business owners manage their books using QuickBooks Online Software.  

Bookkeeping updates include - bank feed updates and reconciliations, POS revenue recognition, light A/R & A/P (if applicable), review and provide financial statements on a regular basis.

Additionally, we provide some remote financial & controller services - A/R & A/P Processing, payroll processing & setup up (in Gusto or ADP)/employee onboarding, business registrations/renewals, sales tax filings (if applicable).  

Services can be provided weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or as needed.

In the consultation, in case you are new to setting up your books, the benefit is learning about the process of maintaining your books to prepare you for tax season.  

If you already have your books setup but need to bring in someone else or someone new to update your books, we are ready to help with a smooth transition and assess your needs.  

Monthly services can range from as little as 3 hours to 30 hours per month and we'll figure out the plan that is just right for your needs.  

It's all remote and secure but we are based in Mt. Tabor if an onsite or in person visit is going to be helpful.

We'll coordinate with your CPA to turn over your books at tax time and throughout the year to make sure you are current on estimated taxes, etc, as applicable.
