EPOP is a program that offers emerging professionals a place to prosper and develop their careers, build a peer network, and gain exposure to business leaders. EPOP offers programming focused on educational and professional development, as well as civic engagement and networking opportunities.

This month join us as we wrap up summer for a special evening of netwrking and professional development.  We are honored to be joined by Stefano laboni.  Stefano is the founder of Smile Solution LLC, a company dedicated to enhancing workplace creativity, bonding, and well-being through humor-driven experiential training. With over 20 years of international experience in comedy and facilitation, Stefano collaborates with tech companies, startups, and HR leaders to design innovative workshops and presentations, including his signature program, From Stress to Success: The Power of Laughter. He is an advocate for the transformative impact of humor in professional settings and has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences and corporate events worldwide.

We’re thrilled to invite you to a special summer networking at l’Orto Nostrano: the one acre kitchen garden and event space where Nostrana grows vegetables for their restaurant. and hosts outdoor events.

Every Friday, l’Orto comes alive with wood-fired pizza, wine tastings, Adirondack chairs, bocce, and the sounds of easy conversation. The vegetables grown right there in the garden are harvested and brought straight into the kitchen—so yes, what’s on your plate may have been in the soil just days before.

Mingle on the sidewalk and enjoy the casual beauty of a space built for slowing down and connecting: there’s a shaded, seated area where we’ll gather as a group, or you can sip and stroll through the rows of tomatoes, herbs, and vines as they begin to pop with summer fruit.

Light snacks will be provided, wine will be available for purchase. Bring a colleague, bring your curiosity, and come see why this is one of Portland’s most special spots.
