Downtown Portland Clean & Safe is excited to hold its first “Annual Rate-Payer and Board Meeting” during our first full Board meeting of the new 2025-2026 fiscal year. The Board will conduct regular business with a full report of the Districts 2023-2024 Annual Report and with its new slate of Board Officers. 

This is a great opportunity for current and new rate-payers in the District expansion zone to gain valuable information on our programs and services in anticipation of the new boundary area starting on October 1st. 

The Board meeting will be conducted from 3p-4p with a moderated Q&A from 4p-430p.

 Please submit one question in advance. Participants will also have the ability to write a question at this meeting to be submitted for the Q&A portion. Any questions not addressed during the meeting will be followed up with by Staff if contact information is included.
