Greater Portland Inc’s signature event celebrates our key role as the region’s public-private partnership dedicated to growing our economy. Each year, the Summit convenes hundreds of regional leaders to hear best practices from around the country, learn about our region’s successes, and unite around a shared vision for economic prosperity.

This year, our program will focus on the ways in which we can revitalize Greater Portland’s regional brand. Our keynote speaker, Dariel Curren, has over two dozen years of experience in marketing, place branding, and is the Executive Vice President of Development Counsellors International’s Economic Development Division. Immediately following the keynote address, Travel Portland's Chief Strategy Officer Megan Conway and Visit Vancouver’s President & CEO Cliff Myers will join Dariel for a panel discussing the intersection of destination and economic development marketing and how to create a unified brand experience.
